Money is changing. The infrastructure behind it has to change too.
Today, we are opening a new chapter.
Moneypark is now Numoney.
The name is new, but the ambition is bigger than a rebrand.
Numoney was created from the evolution of Moneypark, following a change in ownership structure and a broader strategic consolidation of the business. What began as a financial technology company focused on connecting digital assets and financial services has evolved into something considerably broader:
a financial technology platform connecting digital assets, physical money, financial infrastructure, and compliance.
Our vision is simple:
All your financial moves. One platform.
But achieving that requires more than another fintech app.
It requires infrastructure.
From a financial app to a financial technology platform.
Traditional finance and digital assets have spent years developing in parallel.
Banks built systems for fiat money.
Crypto companies built systems for digital assets.
Payment companies built payment rails.
Governments built regulatory and taxation systems.
Cash continued to exist in the physical world.
For consumers and businesses, however, these systems do not exist separately.
People move between them constantly.
You might receive money through a bank, exchange it into another currency, purchase digital assets, send money internationally, withdraw cash, borrow against assets, and pay for something—all while interacting with several different platforms.
We believe these experiences should be connected.
That is the opportunity behind Numoney.
Numoney is building technology that brings digital assets, digital banking, physical cash, and compliance closer together through a single financial infrastructure.
One platform. Multiple rails.
At the centre of Numoney is a simple principle:
financial products should not have to exist in isolation.
Our technology is designed around multiple financial rails that can interact with one another.
Digital assets.
Digital banking.
Foreign exchange.
Payments.
Lending.
Cash.
Compliance.
And, increasingly, government infrastructure.
This creates a different kind of financial technology company.
We are not building another isolated crypto exchange.
We are not building another conventional neobank.
We are building infrastructure that allows these systems to work together.

Three markets. One ecosystem.
The evolution into Numoney has also allowed us to organise the company around three markets.
B2C — Financial services for consumers
For consumers, Numoney is building a mobile financial platform designed to bring multiple financial services into one experience.
The platform is being developed to include:
Digital banking
Crypto exchange
Foreign exchange
Lending
Cash deposits and withdrawals
Crypto spending
Digital asset services
Our initial focus includes markets such as the UAE, South Africa, Armenia, Georgia, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, and Malawi.
These are markets where the relationship between traditional banking, cash, mobile finance, remittances, and digital assets can look very different from the financial systems of Western Europe or North America.
That difference is important.
We don't believe financial technology should be designed for one type of economy and exported everywhere else.
It should be designed around how people actually move money.
B2B — Fintech infrastructure for entrepreneurs
The second part of Numoney is built for the companies creating the next generation of financial products.
Building a fintech business from scratch is expensive and technically complex.
A founder may need banking infrastructure, crypto infrastructure, payments, compliance, wallets, FX, lending, cash infrastructure, and dozens of integrations before they can even launch their product.
Numoney's B2B technology is designed around a modular architecture.
That means businesses can use the infrastructure they need without necessarily taking the entire stack.
One feature.
One module.
Several modules.
Or the complete crypto and neobanking infrastructure stack.
This is what we mean by fintech infrastructure that is designed to be used—not simply admired.
And the platform will continue to expand.
In 2027, Numoney plans to introduce proprietary next-generation ATM technology, extending our infrastructure into the physical world and creating another connection between digital assets, banking, and cash.
B2G — Building the infrastructure for digital economies
The third part of Numoney operates at an entirely different level.
The adoption of digital assets creates opportunities for governments—but also introduces new challenges.
How should digital asset businesses be licensed?
How should taxation work when transactions happen on digital rails?
How can governments improve compliance without creating unnecessary friction?
How do institutions educate themselves and their populations about digital assets?
And how can anti-money-laundering systems evolve when financial activity becomes increasingly automated?
Numoney is developing technology and frameworks around these questions.
Digital Assets Licensing
We work toward practical frameworks that can help governments establish structured approaches to digital asset businesses and markets.
Education
Financial infrastructure cannot evolve without financial literacy.
Numoney is developing educational initiatives for institutions, professionals, regulators, and wider communities navigating digital assets and emerging financial technologies.
EasyTax™
EasyTax™ is our approach to integrating taxation and settlement into digital financial infrastructure, including the use of local-currency stablecoins.
The objective is to make tax collection and capital-gains capture more efficient by bringing compliance closer to the financial rail itself.
AI AML
Anti-money-laundering systems are also changing.
Numoney is developing AI-powered and agentic AML infrastructure designed to improve fraud and AML risk detection and move compliance toward more intelligent, automated systems.
Why the rebrand matters
So why change the name?
Because Moneypark no longer fully represented what the company was becoming.
The evolution was not simply about changing a logo or choosing a different name.
It was about recognising that the business had expanded beyond one product and one customer type.
Numoney brings together three connected areas:
Consumers who need better financial services.
Entrepreneurs who need better financial infrastructure.
Governments that need better tools for managing emerging digital economies.
The rebrand gives us a name and identity capable of representing all three.
The physical and digital worlds are converging
One of the ideas behind Numoney is particularly important to us:
the future of finance will not be entirely digital.
Cash is not disappearing everywhere.
Digital assets are not replacing traditional currencies overnight.
Banks are not disappearing.
And governments are not becoming irrelevant.
Instead, these systems are increasingly interacting.
That is why Numoney is interested in the connection between digital assets and physical money.
It is why we are building both digital financial products and ATM infrastructure.
It is why compliance is part of the platform rather than an afterthought.
And it is why our government technology matters as much as our consumer technology.
The future of finance is not one rail.
It is multiple rails connected together.
Building what comes next
Numoney is still at the beginning of this journey.
Our roadmap includes consumer financial services, modular fintech infrastructure, next-generation ATM technology, digital asset licensing frameworks, EasyTax™, and agentic AML.
Some of these products are designed for individuals.
Some are designed for businesses.
Some are designed for governments.
But they share the same underlying philosophy:
make financial systems more connected, more accessible, and more intelligent.
Moneypark gave us the foundation.
Numoney is the next evolution.
We are building the technology that connects digital assets with banking, banking with cash, financial services with compliance, and businesses with the infrastructure they need to build.
Because the next generation of finance will not be defined by a single product.
It will be defined by how well everything works together.
Welcome to Numoney.
All your financial moves. One platform.
